Today I decided to present you the GoSun stove which is a solar powered oven so it is a green cooking solutions.
The creator of the company GoSun is Patrick Sherwin, it was will working on a solar water heating system that he had the idea to use a vacuum tubes to heat his meal. The idea behind this invention is to reduce the consummation of fossil energy, reduce global warming and the emission of CO2. Moreover it could help many people in need around the world to be able to cook their meal. The company has been working with more than 10 nonprofits organisations to provide them with the GoSun stove and they have been helping with the plantation of over 20,000 trees through the organisation Trees For The Future.
The way it works is quite simple you put your food in the tray and then slide it in the vacuum tube. The tube is composed of two glass layer and in between them there is nothing this make the tube completely cool to the touch. Moreover the tube is made out of a rely resisting borosilicate glass which resist to shock and impact.
The price of the GoSun stove range from 103 € (GoSun Go version) up to 687 € (GoSun Grill version). They have created 4 different models which can fit any budget.
I find this invention really cool, to eat by being environmentally friendly is a good idea 🙂

Hey,
Great concept ! Worth it, just for the ecological argument. But, if it’s cloudy, your BBQ party is really canceled![:/](https://s0.wp.com/wp-content/mu-plugins/wpcom-smileys/uneasy.svg)
